Are these bigger or smaller than the Tuzla class of the Turkish Navy? Seems smaller - maybe 150 tons going by the designation...

Tuzla class details are as below, but these pictures you posted of the new BCG OPV's seem more modern. I'd say by far more modern than almost all Coast Guard vessels of South Asia, with the exception of Pakistan (talking about their latest Damen OPV builds which are of course much larger). A missile complement is an interesting proposition for a BCG vessel.

We need to form an air wing for Bangladesh Coast Guard by introducing maritime combat aircraft and helicopters. BNP formed coast guard by passing a law in the parliament in 1995. 28 years have passed by but an air wing hasn't been established so far. Do we have a coast guard academy for training?

Combat aircraft for BCG? Why would they need combat aircraft? There are projects+plans to get MPA, 2 helicopters and establish an aviation wing in 15 acres of land in Patuakhali.

BAL placed Coast Guard Act and passed it parliament in September 1994. BNP tried to oppose it by delaying the vote but there were not enough BNP MPs present that time in parliament.
