China is making us to spend more and more money and resources to strengthen our defense, they are increasing the threat perception. They are already good ally of Pakistan and increasing their ties with Srilanka.

Don't blame India of creating instability and arms race.

Some indian members getting worked up in this thread for nothing

China wants closer relations, in terms of military, with bangladesh cos they earn money from exporting wepons to us. Also by providing us with training and helping us with R&D they gain an ally and elevate their status in the world.

Bangladesh wants closer relations cos they get cheap but good quality equipment from china. Plus getting training and tech from them will eventually allow us to stand on our own two feet.

Having good military relations with china does not mean that we will go to war with india.

If what you say is true, it makes all the more sense to strengthen cooperation with China, since Chinese south Western provinces can take on India by themselves.
