Bhai who you sleep with in the comfort of your home is your business. I happen to like women but that is more widely accepted by the majority and has been for millennia.

All I ask is (and this goes for straight folks i.e. breeders as well) keep it sober, decent and don't force your 'gayness' (i.e. unusual behavior) down past anyone's comfort zone. Don't make people so uncomfortable that they get belligerant.

I live in one of the most liberal areas of the world and it stays liberal (and accepting of gay folks) because of LGBTQ folks exercising decency and self-restraint (i.e. lack of 'flaming' behavior which does not invite ridicule and support for conservatism). Even in openly gay areas like West Hollywood.

In short, 'don't ask - don't tell'.

But asking for LGBTQ acceptance in Pakistan or Bangladesh will be hard, the time for acceptance has not arrived yet.

One of the arguments in favour of gay marriage is that an official marriage recognised by the state comes with a layer of legal protection which is missing in de facto relationship.

When I realised this I changed my mind in favour of allowing same-sex marriages.
Yes my religion is against homosexuality but who am I to shove my religion down the throats of others?
Should we go around hacking people for not praying 5 times a day or checking out members of the opposite sex?

There is evidence of homosexual behaviour among animals which to me is enough to accept that homosexuality is natural.
