A Bangladesh court has ruled that people cannot be forced to wear skull caps, veils or other religious clothing in workplaces, schools and colleges.

The court did not ban religious attire, but the the compulsion, the forcing of people to wear such attire.

Is it not a wrong/misleading title? whatever i read so far claims that the Person should not be forced to wear any attire. It does not mean that Islam dress has been banned

Right. The title is misleading and should be changed to appropriate one.

The story is a city official imposed a rule in his area that women must wear Burqa in public place several month ago. As a result court declare it that women should not be forced to wear Burga. It is her choice.

Bangladeshi women is not that weak that court can ban Islamic dress if they wish to wear it. If Court try to ban it then women will ban the court instead.
