As i said and you mentioned before we are maintaining, repairing, upgrade and overhauling all F-7 series, Mi-17, PT-6 and Bell-212. If everything goes right Saudis will open a maintenance plant soon in Lalmonirhat air base where our first aviation university and industry being set up. According to @Michael Corleone BAC manufactures avionics for Mig. We are setting up plant to overhaul AA missile. Leonardo teaming up Bashundhara group. Another local company will manufacture Chinese plane locally. And i haven't even mentioned BOF, BMTF and local shipyards.

As for water pump you might have heard of Gazi, RFL and PHP water pump. We are producing almost all kind of agricultural machineries except diesel engine and certain number of high technological machines. @Bilal9 vai might answer about this better than me. Point is in these stable 10+ years we are taking small steps, making and hopefully will do better in future.
