In a major step forward for military to military cooperation Bangladesh and Pakistan are set to jointly build advanced missile armed warships.

Authorities of the Khulna Shipyard and Karachi Shipyard are cooperating with each other to build anti-ship missile armed, high speed attack vessels known as “Fast Attack Craft” according to anonymous sources in the Bangladesh military.

Displacement: 250~300 tons
Complement: 35
Anti-Ship Missiles: 4 x C802 launchers
Main Gun: Twin Anti-Aircraft Gun
Radar: Fire Control Radar
Maximum Speed: 32 knots
Made in: Khulna (Bangladesh)

Bro I had posted this long ago on the thread about BD-PAK defence relations.I think this thread should not have been open.

They probably started building the ships in Khulna Shipyard with Pakistani help.They are building FACM like these.

Good news for Pakistan and Bangladesh but bad news for India as Indian Navy will now have some troubles while entering Bangladeshi water In search for OIL.

Navies like Pakistan Navy and Bangladesh Navy don't need aircraft carriers they need small boats like these which are fast and lethal to attacking frigates and destroyers i-e they can fire missiles at the attacking ships and run away very fast even before enemy retaliates (hit and run tactics).

I am happy that Pakistan-Bangladesh are Much much better as compared to Indo-Bangladesh relations.

We are brothers and we will remain brothers and Brothers fight sometimes its common in every house and sometimes Enemy takes advantage of our weakness and spreads hatred even more, as i have said before in the Past atrocities were committed by both nations but we have to move on and work together to meet our current challenges.
