Frequent yes.Maybe it has existed forever, but has it been this frequent?
No I haven't....Mass molestation reminds me of TAHARRUSH GAMEA???
has anyone heard of it?
It existed forever...just that now it gets reported in the media.
Reminds me of Christine fair's tweet that no country in this world is safe for women.
The main accused is a guy called ayyappa..A south Indian and a Karnataka localCleanWell post: 9078588 said:They are probably right, I can't imagine most South Indian men behaving like that. Who are these outsiders? Bhaiyya population from Bihar?
That's surprising to me, totally against my perception of South Indian men.The main accused is a guy called ayyappa..A south Indian and a Karnataka local
why is it that molestation of women has increased recently in India? Find the cause of this rise and then you can work out the prevention and punishment strategy.
It's an Arabic word which means lone harassment. No I haven't....
What's that....

Its very traumatic to even watch it wonder what the woman herself went through that night. First there is a backward mentality among most men,
then there is lack of faith in law enforcement and finally the pressure families put on their females to behave accordingly discourages the victim to speak out. So not only the mindset of men but also the mindset of families of victims which needs to be changed.
Nothing feminist about talking for equality. Ultra feminists and false flaggers do exist but certainly not more than the real abusers out there. When I said most men, I didn't mean most men have a mindset of a rapist, but that most men have a mindset in which they feel a woman is responsible if she is abused. This kind of mindset is mostly among economically deprived classes of the society.A famous game among the certain peaceful community, also played when Hindu women come out with traditional dress during Navratri.
Don't fall for the feminist propaganda and broad stereotyping. Nothing wrong with "most men".
The whole incident is strange, the video itself being displayed by the media is an old one. Police have found no cases of molestation in some of the areas.
lol, considering the staggering number of false Rape, dowry and molestation cases and the HUGE number of marriage suicides among Indian men. You need to re evaluate your thinking.
Do they have such tradition now ?It's an Arabic word which means lone harassment.
Yes many factors like more women going out late, more reporting, somewhat better action by police. In this case, there was CCTV recording else national media would not have covered this news. Without CCTV it would not have received much coverage.More and more women coming out and working. India now represents the US of 60's and 70's where women's began to work and violence and sexual harassment followed. And incidents like these have happened before. Its just cos of Social media women now feel comfortable to complaint in Urban areas.
About a month back I saw a video on twitter. I could only hear the victim shouting for help. It still echoes.Do they have such tradition now ?
