Discrimination based on race. In this incidence, even if he was Indian national, whatever caste/religion, he would have gotten a beating. No one in his sane mind goes on to advice a bunch of drunk hooligans. Indian law an order is not that advanced yet. And no one would come to help in such incidences. The draconian laws would give a honest man more trouble than those hooligans.
