A person living in Kuwait have brother's, sisters, father & mom staying in PAK so he/she pretty much know more than an indian or any other national.

The entire issue is politics in Pakistan which needs to become more mature. Everytime the government does something to tick off a certain group, that group usually resorts to violent demonstration or to doing something to embarass the nation such as hurling a few grenades at a visiting sports team. Now that certainly gets the world's attention faster than just ripping off a cricket pitch I would say. Yes there are certainly safe and peaceful parts of Pakistan which could host a BD or even an Indian team tour and the security agencies of Pakistan is adequately trained and competent enough to protect these teams. The problem is when some aggrieved group decides to teach the government a lesson and some security agency which supports that group lends their support to their mayhem and destruction. It's not NATO, India or the cricket federation which is to blame. It's the internal psyche of every Pakistani who sees himself or herself as something else and a Pakistani last which is to blame.

People who are living there are used to bombs and guns now, for them it happens once a while, not a big deal.
People from bangladesh will see it differently.
Cricketiers are high value target, they will probably targetted by specific group than be victim of random attack.
Can such targetted attack be stopped?
The sri lanka tour was an opportunity to show the world that you can provide security.

But In Real Life, Bangladesh Ditched you in EU Trade Concessions when India supported you, also they are refusing to come to for a cricketing tour after initially agreed to come.
