How about having a gaze upon people who dwell next door at first and then think about Balochs? Believe me these deprived people are more worthy of compassionate sight then Balochs or anybody else. About 27% of referred people are still prevented from entering police stations, let alone justice at threshold at the part of the state. There's a huge list of inhuman discrimination - since this thread doesn't discuss them so I am going to refrain from posting more on this.
