I got idea to develop Balochistan... First develop Gwadar (mush did, but ppp not doing) most since its port city... Once Gwadar earns $50 billion a year, pakistan government will put more emphasis on balochistan... plus ppp can try to get all resources of balochistan = more companies in balochistan = more jobs...

My mom lived in Quetta for a while (long time ago though)

My mom said her most happiest days were spent in Quetta.


Its a very unique province with different ethnic groups ( Baloch, Pashtun, Hazaras, Sindhis, Makranis, etc) and different religious groups ( Muslims, Hindus, Parsis, Christians, etc) and on top of that great natural beauty.

Hope to go there one day in the future

Balochistan was annexed in 1948... Before 1948 the land mass "Balochistan" was different tribes...

Yaaar waise koi tou Sardar Balochistan se mukhlisss ho ga ! Why didn't any of them use their personal wealth to jump start industries in Balochistan ? I remember listening to Shahzain Bugti in a talk show in which he said that in a good year his Agricultural Lands (and his alone) can fetch in excess of 30 Crore...surely some of that could have been utilized for the economic development of Balochistan ? Why didn't they...? Why didn't the Elder Bughti or the other Sardars...?
