There is no proof that the 'missing persons' are in the custody of the law enforcement agencies or got killed by the same. They could have gone underground, or residing in Afghanistan training in RAW-established camps, or escaped to Dubai/UK/Switzerland/Malaysia. Such seminars are held on a perceived notion that the so-called 'missing persons' are in the custody of the agencies or got killed by the agencies and this is where the problem begins.We are a free country!
There should be no censorship on suh issues ... Although I accept that most of these missing persons indeed are involved in criminal activities but "disappearing" them isn't the solution .. They should be tried in the court and sentenced accordingly .. This phenomena only creates more issues and not solutions !
