Finally, a selfless leader with a compass, who knows history, knows what he wants to do, thinks beyond money and sincerely trying to uplift the people.

Regarding Feb 27, what he is saying is there was no question in anyone's mind that there will be a response, but how severe depended on the loss of life in Pakistan. Fortunately for India, there was no human life lost in Pakistan, otherwise he mentioned the targets were selected and there would have been a huge loss of life military life on Indian side. which would have then escalated into a war.
