BBQ Beef Chili
Ingredients
Beef undercut pieces ½ kg
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
BBQ sauce 2 tbsp
Green chilies 10 (sliced)
Oil as required
Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
Cooking Directions
Wash undercut meat and marinate it with 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soya sauce, salt, sugar, corn flour, black pepper and BBQ sauce for 15 minutes.
Put the meat in the frying pan separately and cook it.
When the water dries then slightly grease the grilling pan and put the meat in it.
Stir fry green chilies along with 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar and salt in the frying pan.
Put these stir fried chilies in the grilling pan, on the beef.
Add in sesame seed oil and serve it hot.
