Bakra Eid, Cow & Goat Mandi, Eid Mubarak 2013

looks like you have misunderstood goat meat with cow meat because i found cow meat too fibery as compared to goat meat

it is always stuck in me teeth gap :D

well goats live on high plateaus and mountains so their bodies need to be adapted to those conditions and to jump properly they need stringier meat..
hence why goat meat is stringy

on the other hand cows live on flat lands where there is plenty of food...

maybe you have mixed up cow and goat meat

I eat everything - so no issues for me - here is my steak cooked at home by my wife(she is a vegetarian but still cooks beef steaks for me) :whistle:
