I doubt that PA will ever attack India, in fact it is India that is smelling the blood here and may even make a move.

India has been attacking Pakistan either directly or through it's many highly effective terrorist proxies since '48. Kashmir annexation, Pashtunistan, Runn of Kach, '65 War, East Pakistan, Balochistan, Siachin, MQM/Karachi terrorism, TTP, BLA and now directly through Pakistani GHQ/Generals.
