Affordable its not but there is so much black money that people don't care. That's the fact. Construction quality is very poor but for show (which is what most people are interested in) its good.
However on the positive its clean and well run with some element of security.

The best thing is it has proper garbage collection and disposal system in place, all utilities water, electricity has back up support. The sewerage main lines are planned as per western standards.

Many such affordable apartments, better planned Apts, out of middle class reach in Islamabad.
