I just hope whatever religion it may be, it is better to work on your appeal towards outsiders instead of sharping its knives.

If the religion is truly great, as what I have said, why will it worry about when followers will come and whether they will go?

Only those insecure on will use force and threat of harm to do so.

Well Abrahamic religions are used for control. It's EXTREMELY importatnt to distinguisg between East Asian religions and West Asian religions. West Asia is home to the world's first civilizations. Over the last 11000 years, religion has proven to be an effective weapon. We Persians used Zoroastrianism to conquer the world. Arabs used Islam to unite their people and attack Persia and then the rest of the planet. etc...

The whole point of Islam and Christianity is control so that's why. In the West however, religion can no longer be used as a form of control because of mass education. Christianity has lost its whole point. With time, Islam will lose its appeal in the ME just like how Christianity lost its appeal in Europe.

Abii if you have such a problem with Islam, why don't you leave Islam for some other religion? Even if the punishment is death, surely you would have confidence of being eternally rewarded?

Bahaism will come back to Iran, where it was invented, in full force after the regime is gone. Bahaism, Chrisitianity and Zoroastrianism are proving to be real dangers to Islam in Iran. If Iranians were allowed to change religion today, millions would leave Islam, me and my family included.

Yeah, that's why during the 50 year rule of Shah the entire Iranian population had converted to Bahaism or had they not?

In Islam apostasy is punishable by death. And anyways, that's another topic for another day. The fact is that in Iran it is a crime to change your religion and nobody is even allowed to change religion according to law, except from other religions to Islam. Islam is officially the state religion and Islamic law is state law.

Well religion is personal, and you are entitled to your belief. But I dont understand why you will stop believing in one fairy tale and start believing in other. If you want to be culturally Zoroastrian then that is different matter.

Yet we see iranians leading the matam during ashura...... a munafiq cant be a muslim....... so u n ur family r already non muslims pretending to be muslims......... And if ur so thirsty for bhaism.. than go ahead embrace it.... why are u afraid? or atleast practise it in ur house.
