BAF should sell F-7BGI to PAF and get JF-17!

That's because, PAF cannot replace all its old fighters with JF-17 alone since it will take many years. The rate of production will not match the rate of decommissioning(because of cost of a single user based production line) and there will be gaps in the fighter fleet force. So PAF will go for stop gap aircraft. If BAF agrees to sell the F-7BGI, BAF can rectify the mistake it made, and PAF can get a stop gap in a single deal! Plus a second JF-17 line can be opened in China as well and even PAF can get benefit out of that. JF-17 will get a solid order which will spurn even further orders. For the BAF, the cost of the F-7BGI can be subtracted from the JF-17 procurement cost.

It looks like a win win deal for both our brotherly countries.

JFT is a multirole fighter and can be used for interceptor role(Hence like f-7pg),Anti-ship role(like mirage III/V with exocet and A2g role as well

It means if we have 100-150 JFT they are better than keeping 300 f-7pg,mirages for different role

For air superiority than get JFT III,F-16 and onwards 2020 invest in a 5th gen fighter

Yes, that sounds like a feasible idea. Barter trade in aerospace defense industry is the only way forward. :enjoy:

Perhaps, India should exchange all aging Mig-21 Bison for F-35s and few oil tankers for a Nimitz class carrier.

Kabadi wala, purane jahaz se naya jahaz badal loo0o0o0o :D :D

Looks like a win win situation for pakistan.
f-7bgi is a plane far ahead of today's time.
