First, write proper English. I don't understand half of it.

Second, we don't care what anyone thinks. We will laud our relation with China irrespective of what anyone says or thinks.

China is increasing deployments in Tibet, plus all the cross border incursions and the agressive moves. India had to improve both its infrastructure and troop deployment in tha region.

A strike Corp and about a hundred airfields are being constructed. Mountain guns are needed for which m777 was finalised a year back. Change in govt and a big budget deficit deferred the purchase.

The whole thing is routine and not as you make it sound - a conspiracy. The title though is sensational.

India follows a planned defense development so does China. Nothing to do with the west's plan or anything.
