That doesn't matter. The name could never be confused for Ikea.

Same for the "fake Oreo". The names sound completely different in Chinese and could never be confused for the original.

Your arguments may work in a country where only 11% are functionally literate and only 7% can access the internet, but not here.

Oreo in Chinese sounds like Ao Li Ao, while the other brand is pronounced Ao Fu Duo, totally different.

Oreo has many different logos, how do you know its exactly the same?
