Okey here is an incident i bought a yonex arcsaber 10 racket from a very reliable store but some how it was a fake one i played with it and it was not up to the mark so i went back and they told me it was a fake cinese one thry reported it to yonex and they gave me new 1 no money charged for it

No, look at the Bond pic and then look at Agent Vinod (007 vs. Indian waiter). See how the lapel is popping out on the waiter (way too small). Haberdashery is obviously not your thing.
