Bacha Khan's only demand was that Pashtuns of NWFP are given a third choice in the referendum of independent Pashtunistan. He was not the only one who asked for this. There was support for this idea from Balochistan to Chitral. In the referendum only 2 options were given. 1:Join majority Hindu India (don't how that's physically possible due to geography) or 2: Join Muslim majority Pakistan.
What's so wrong with asking for a 3rd option of muslim Pashtun state? Of course the British refused and together with help of political mullahs they spread propaganda against Bacha Khan rahmatullahi alai. After the creation of Pakistan Bacha Khan was jailed numerous times for no reason at all with no evidence.

Secondly Mirza Ali Khan (RA) was true mujahid and and thorn in the sight of the British colonial power. He was a true hero of the Pashtun people and Islam.
The British tried to buy him out so many times but they failed as he was a true faqir and a spiritual person and worldy wealth had no value in his eyes.

Both Bacha Khan and Mirza Ali Khan were true mujahids and heroes of our land. May Allah (swt) bless their souls.

Bacha Khan only need Hindu rule, after the British. PM India came for his funeral.
He is not buried in Pakistan.
