Surely this is wrong, Babur abd Ra'ad are not under development.

The first and second versions of the Babur (500km and 700 km), have had production batches delivered according to 'sources'. However, there were reports of a test recently of a 750km range babur capable of carrying a larger warhead.

Perhaps the 'under development' part refers to that.

The Raad being classified as 'under development' makes sense however.

From my sources i believe someone told me that we have two or three ICBMS for the worst time scenario. But the scientists are working on the an indiginous ICBM system.

While i am all for developing good economy inorder to sustain projects like these specially in times of sanctions, however understand one thing there are no permanent friends nor foes, it all comes down to strategic interest. Those you share interests with become your friends others your enemy. So if Pakistan for now does not have a long range enemy( i dont count israel either), that does not mean we wont have one in the future either. Already we have been threaten once to be bombed back to stone age.
