First of let me say that this verdict is against case filed in 1948 rather than demolition of Babri Masjid in 1992. The case of 1992 is pending with the same court and decision will be announced once procedure is finished.
As a Jain, I would like to give my views.
Judgement no way is advantages to Jains.
Nirmohi Akhara hold the outer area of disputed site at least since Akbar rule as proof. So probably they hold the land from forever.
To our view, whole land was a part of no. of Jain temples that were built in the memory of Parsvnath. Ayodhya has a historical significance for the Jain community too. This is the birth place of two important Jain tirthankaras who were born in the early centuries CE. Jain texts also stand testimony to the visit of Mahavira, Jainism's last tirthankar to this city. Ayodhya is also the birth place of five Tirthankars, including the first Tirthankar of Jainism, Shri Rishabh Dev. He is known as the father of the Jain religion.
Temples were there at New Delhi where currently Qutub Minar exist. But because same has been declared national heritage, Jains has withdraw the case against Qutub Minar. Probably this is the real fact with all sorts of proof including that from Sultane of Delhi himself.
According to Nirmohi Akhara, since it hold the four side boundary of disputed site, it is evident that it also hold the center part of the site.
Moreover, first case for this dispute site was first filed by Nirmohi Akhara only in the 1800's in the British court.
Conclusions.
Kindly note that this verdict is inconclusive and this has been just delivered to calm the people and prevail peace. But because there is no video graphy of earlier, it has to hear everyone's point.
People are having doubt that who are jains. Let me tell you. Jains are not Hindus.
There is nothing like Ram, Krishan in Jain Textbooks. But there is mythological books based on truth which includes Ramayan, Mahabharat as well lot others (including Buddhist and others)
Although we don't believe in Hindus dieties, Jainism doesn't prohibit or restrict to do anything. Hence, you may find Jains going in Temple or Gurudhvara or Akshardam Temple.
Jainism is actually based on prinicple of non violence rather on dieties. Jains must see each animal as living being and should not killed anyone including an small ant.
Thus Jainism is totally different. It has no relation with Hindus. Jains and Hindus differ in Gods, differs in principles, differs in way offering prayer, differs in living the life, etc.
Hence if anyone think that Jainism is a part of Hinduism than its totally false and just a myth.
