Babri Masjid case- Indian Supreme Court unanimously strikes down Muslim's petition

It is inevitable. I can't expect to earn as much as a Mukesh Ambani because he has taken risks and grown his business and employs thousands of people. If you say he inherited the wealth it is true but so did his brother. He also took risks, failed in business and is now facing bankruptcy.

My maid, who may not even have passed class 5th can't be expected to earn as much as me. Again the difference is in skill level and education and what I can command in the market for what I do. Tomorrow if my skills become obsolete I will be out of the job. I will have to reskill myself to earn money and I am prepared for that.
But what about Zamindari, feudalism and inherited wealth? Why the maid's son should not get an equal chance as your son?

.
And that "socialism bad" caused two deaths unnecessarily because of hunger and heat. Say openly that you have no problem with this.

You remind me of a minor character in Friends. He was there for just 2-3 episodes. He was the roommate of Chandler when Joey moved out. When Chandler got irritated with him he asked him to move out but the person was so dense that he kept on saying please say you want me to move out even though Chandler repeated the words 10-12 times.

I have said openly many times in many threads that I have no problem with this and still you keep on repeating "Please say openly "

Zamindari has been abolished long ago.

I already talked about inherited wealth, it can also degrade and you can face bankruptcy

Dhirubhai Ambani was a petrol pump attendant who became the richest person in India

Sachin and Binny Bansal were ordinary middle class students who founded India's first unicorn

The rate of degrading and upgrading is very low in India - social mobility - India ranks the lowest in this world- your maid's son have a very less chance than your son to achieve the same given their inherent abilities are same. And no, Zamindari was not abolished on a fully basis, the land is still distributed on a caste basis, just go and look at some statistics.

Government of India has already taken all that land and money since Independence.

British era Zameendars are paupers in Independent India.

Kya reject hone par insan ki aesay halaat ho jate hai?

Reject ? My position is "Tu haan kar ya na kar, tu hai meri, Kiran". :D

@Naofumi @xeuss, how can one answer this ?

As Naofumi said "Empathy is important for a functioning society". What kind of society is this which doesn't value empathy ?

Should also eliminate the RSS Shakhas. Not one smart person ever came out from there.

Apparently the former famous model Milind Soman was part of the shakha when he was 10 but it seems that was primarily because of his father who was a kattar person :
"When I read today all the subversive, communal propaganda the media attributes to RSS shakhas, I am frankly baffled," Milind said in his book, The Print reports. He added that his "memories of what went on at the shakhas every evening are completely different. We marched about in our khaki shorts, did some yoga, worked out in a traditional outdoor gymnasium with no fancy equipment, sang songs and chanted Sanskrit verses that we did not understand the meanings of, played games and had a bunch of fun with our fellows."
According to The Print, Milind also said that his father had been a part of the RSS himself and was a proud Hindu. "I didn't see what there was to be proud about, but on the other hand, I didn't see that there was much to complain about either," he wrote in his memoir.
For him at 10 it may have been all jolly but that's how the RSS works. Two more years of it and he would have been shouting "goli maaro saalon ko".

@MayaBazar You feels like a casteist person, a denialist on surface though.

On another note, are you a Brahmin?

. .
Every upper caste denies that caste is an issue. Because obviously, it never affects them.

Kinda like the rich who deny poverty exists in society.
True that, it's generally true for every dominant social group with some modifications.

I have never cared for my caste or the caste of my colleagues or classmates or friends. I have never discriminated against anyone on basis of caste. In an urban setting it doesn't matter. Class yes, caste no.

The first time I was aware of caste was when I filled the form for engineering.

I got 1700 rank but could not get my desired seat. It went to a guy with 17000 rank but with an SC certificate.

. .
LoL A person who is asking my caste is calling me casteist. Do you see the irony?

No I am not a Brahmin. I am from BC community.
Asking caste doesn't mean the person is a casteist by that logic Ambedkar would be the biggest casteist.
And there's another reason :

Are you saying the land ceiling acts did not happen? The landlord in my village lost more than 100 acres of land due to that policy.
It happened but the balance of resources is still in favor of UCs, they're still not paupers.

Do you look at caste and gotra while marrying?

Exactly my point. You only were made aware of the caste when you were denied something. That denial came very late in your life. That is the difference

Now think of the millions of lower caste who were denied something since childhood. They were made aware of their caste since childhood.

Not sure how it worked in your village, but there were workarounds with that law. I am sure you know of them.

I still stand by what I said. It is a colloquial phrase in my language. In fact what I said is only half of it. The other half says never trust a fair skinned Businessman. Now don't call me Bania. In fact Brahmins and Bania are irrelevant in the southern states. Which state are you from? Are you a Brahmin? Seems like you have taken my statement to heart. :D

I saw them become paupers in front of my eyes. I felt very bad for their family. We use to sell milk to their family but later they could not afford to buy our milk.
