Baba Ramdev gets trolled for his tweet on boycotting Chinese products; here’s why
Ramdev's famous tweet was sent using an iPhone!
During an interview with Indian Express, Yoga guru Baba Ramdev said Indians should boycott Chinese goods alleging that the country earns money from India and then helps Pakistan. “China makes money out of India and helps Pakistan,” he said. Later, he tweeted the same, “China has always betrayed us. Buying Chinese products is like helping the enemy. every nationalist Indian should boycott Chinese products”.
Now, while we understand that Ramdev might have ten-thousand things on his mind, and he needs to be constantly online with the latest gadgets so as to run the Patanjali empire that he’s building, minor things like tags might escape his notice. But not for the ever vigilant Twitterati, for whom error-spotting is like a full-time job you do willingly!
Ramdev’s famous tweet was sent using an iPhone, and though it doesn’t show on the Web, one can see it if viewed via Tweetdeck. The unsparing tweeple dug it out and shared the screenshot of the same on social media. In case you don’t know, AppleiPhones are assembled in Shenzhen,China!
