what will the status of the Azerbaijani displaced citizens at the time of the 1992 war? Can they return to Russian controlled area and live side by side with other Christian citizens.

I imagine it would be as easy for them to return as it would be for the average Palestinian to join a right wing jewish supremacist settlement in the West Bank.

I assume the Azeiri returnee wold be welcomed back after he denounced Islam, accepted pashinyan as his god and saviour, altered his DNA to be Armenian and to kill a Turk.

Well, The Armenians will arm themselves again with state of the art latest russian equipment they will get for free while the Russians are protecting them. Then Russians will allow another war to occur at some point in the future and try to help the Armenians get their land back.

If they start losing like last time, Russians will intervene on the grounds that some peacekeeper got hurt.

And this will continue until someone loses interest or has no more money or will to continue.

azerbaycan needs reforms, it needs to power up their economy and diversify it making their people richer, more educated and with that having more powerfull in all branches..

again for azerbaycan they need to become a serious power in the region: more education, more people of knowledge, more diverse economy, better technology and better military hardware and good training for military.. a strong hand against corruption than they can outpower the dogs in their backyards and that will silence them

Russia will over time give all the Armenians in NK russian passports. And then do another Abkhazia if anyone in AZE ever thinks of taking their land back.

I can see why the deal is good, but personally, I would have allowed Russia to carry out an invasion before I'd stop the offensive. If russia did invade, they would not have taken much land, it would be symbolic, and then you stop the war and cut all ties with russia.

This way you stopped the war and russia invades anyway and keeps the land. NK is now russian land with an armenian population. A Russian armenia in the middle of azerbaijan.
But how does AZE counter this Russian-Armaneian invasion? There is only one answer. Turkey and Pakistan.
AZE needs as many turkish and Pakitsani soldiers as it can hold. And it should pay for them. 100,000 Turkish soldiers deployed near NK and close to russian border. (russia already said it considers turkish soldiers near NK a provocation. while russian troops are near turkeys border with syria. hmmmm). So provoke away. And a deployment of about 1,000,000 Paksitani troops. Thats not much for pakistan. its one large street in lahore.

And AZE should pay for this deployment. Its cheaper and better than russian weapons that dont work.

If this triggers iran, who cares, AZE is entitled to have any troops on its soil that it likes.

All this is good for turkey. As long as russia stays in NK, turkey should stay in syria.

It doesn’t look like they’ll get status. It they’ve been living without status for 30 years and will do Another 30 if they have to.

Armenia has status and its not helped them achieve any success or prosperity.

we knew all this. Unlimited free weapons for the Russian proxy state. And they still couldn’t win.

I think russia woke up one day recently and relalised that it doesn’t have anti aircraft weapons that can even shoot down drones. Let alone something like F-22.

it also means iran is a helpless sitting duck against America.

I don’t know who will spend money on any russian system below s400.

now that NATO has an s400, I’m sure they obsolete also, but turkey probably got the s400 export version, so hmmmm,

as for the F35, I’m pretty sure turkey would not want them anyway. They can only be used with US approval. So fairly useless for turkey as the only peopleTurkey will bomb in the near future are US allies.

The French has no place in this region and quite honestly -- they only occupied Middle East region for a very short time, and the locals been there since centuries. I don't think the Russians and Turkey should even bother responding to France, as they have no importance with there incompetent MINSK group.
