The only thing Israel sold to Azerbaijan is those kamikaze drones. Not sure how they can be classified as qualitative edge. It is the Turkish-provided TB2 UAVs that turned the tide to Azerbaijan's favor plus the organization and dedication of the Azerbaijani military. It seems Israel wants to brag about the small contribution of those kamikaze drones, so they can use that as a marketing strategy.

Israel keep supplying Azeris with LORA and Lynx tactical Missiles rocket to pin point Armenian defense line. Their support lobby is very tremendous too to keep Armenian diaspora around the world to keep silent.
