It's a mountainous terrain with the Armenians, the front-men of the Imperialists, having had 3 decades to fortify getting help from the entire known world!!! Already their material capability has significantly diminished. And, AZ also needs to consolidate their liberated areas while minimizing own losses. Usually, the first lines of defenses are the hardest to break in these types of terrains.
