The graduation ceremony was held for Azerbaijan Air Force pilots trained in Pakistan

The graduation ceremony was held for pilots of the Air Force of Azerbaijan trained at the Pakistan Air Force Academy (PAF) Asghar Khan.
The representatives of the Military Attaché Apparatus of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Air Officer Commanding PAF Academy, Air Vice-Marshal Hamid Rasheed Randhawa and the leadership of the Flying Instructors’ School took part in the ceremony.
Air Vice-Marshal H. Randhawa, speaking at the event congratulated the graduates and noted that the development of cooperation, including relations in the military-educational and other fields between the air forces of the two countries, contributes to strengthening the combat readiness of our armies.
Azerbaijan’s military attaché, Colonel Mehman Novruzov, on behalf of the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, expressed gratitude to the Pakistani side for the assistance provided to Azerbaijani officers as part of the Pilot Training Program.

The graduation ceremony was held for pilots of the Air Force of Azerbaijan trained at the Pakistan Air Force Academy (PAF) Asghar Khan.
The representatives of the Military Attaché Apparatus of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Air Officer Commanding PAF Academy, Air Vice-Marshal Hamid Rasheed Randhawa and the leadership of the Flying Instructors’ School took part in the ceremony.

One can't tell if they are not Pakistani just by the looks. I guess Azeris have less to do with Russians and more to do with Turk/Persians.

Azeris are Turkics I believe. I always see Turks and Azeris admiring each other on Social Media

One can't tell if they are not Pakistani just by the looks. I guess Azeris have less to do with Russians and more to do with Turk/Persians.

Nah they look less Pakistani to be honest to be fair Azeris,Armenians and Georgians are much more darker than Russians hence they are called "churkas" or black asses as slang wise in Russia but cool Soviet era uniforms on the Azeri Pilots

Syrian and Iraqi Turkmens, Kouloughlis*, Gagauzs and Balkan Turks, Azerbaycan, Iranian Azerbaycan, Anatolia and Turkmenistan

I think the number of Pilots trained was 2
the group photo shows the two pilots on the edges and the Azari guest chief and the 3 PAF academy officials.
the 2 guys received the certificates and are standing with their own chief and Academy commandant at the cake

Depends on which part of Pakistan you have lived.
For me these are just like every day guys in Islamabad.

My guess is that they qualified as flying instructors rather than pilots.
