There is no official data. What u see in wikipedia is nothing but some journo's guess.

Barak-1 old, fat and much smaller missile had 2.1 Mach speed. Barak-8 should have much higher speed quite obviously. And with booster even more.

For whatever reason, likely to be true, Jane's says the ER is still under testing. There's a pretty good chance Azerbaijan has received the launcher only for the Barak 8ER and is yet to take deliveries of the missile itself.

Development of the dual-pulse 150km Barak ER weapon is currently under way. The weapon has an additional booster motor that increases its length, and also that of the required launcher.
