Now also imagine NS & Zardari and their attitude towards the state, so we don't need another force to create more friction with state institutions but harmony.

Shouldn't be on paper only, Border Security should be completely separate institution with own budget. No officer should come from Army. Regarding crooks like NS, Zardari, ZAB, Rana etc. these are products of unchecked powers of East India Company executives, One we restrict them to defense role only and let civil institutions and judiciary to develop without their influence then these kind of crooks will be behind the bar not sitting on top.

Not necessary, but doable
