Hehe Wiki. And that too only 4-5 incidents. Lol. Your prove is even more weak than the concept of secularism in India.

14 links = 4-5 incidents? f**k logic.

You can find them easily. Won't help you. It is not our job to enlighten you guys always. :D

It's not our job to go chasing fake incidents on links from jobless fools who have nothing to do other than brainfart. You can find me ONE, and I say it again, ONE U.N. link that criticises India's position in Jammu and Kashmir, and I'll agree that India has done it's share of bad deeds.

UN reports are credible . And IOK has several of them. Unlike the AJK And GB. :)

Credible enough yet?

Find me one U.N. link criticizing India. I dare you, I double dare you. :azn:

The army in Pakistani-administered Kashmir says it is investigating the alleged torture of a local youth that led to his death last week.

Ali Murtaza's family say he died while held by the army's secret service near a border checkpoint in Kotli sector.

The killing has generated anger and calls for a "fair inquiry" both from the media and civil society.

The incident comes in the wake of recent tension between India and Pakistan along the Kashmir border.

Six soldiers have been killed in tit-for-tat attacks in recent weeks.

'Witnesses'
Members of Mr Murtaza's family told BBC that he went missing on 17 February when he left his home to visit relatives in a village close to the Line of Control (LoC), the de-facto border across the divided Kashmir region.

According to them, his body was delivered to the family three days later by the local administration of Kotli district.

"He died in the custody of the army, and he was tortured," Chaudhry Mehboob, a member of the legislative council of Pakistani-administered Kashmir and a relative of Mr Murtaza, told the BBC.

He said there were witnesses who saw him being taken away by intelligence officials near a border post in Khui Ratta, close to where a Pakistani soldier was killed by Indian forces after reportedly "straying" onto the Indian side.

Mr Mehboob said that local residents told the intelligence personnel that Mr Murtaza was a local man who had mostly lived in Lahore city. Officials reportedly responded by saying they would release him after putting some questions to him.

The family have shared pictures with the BBC that show bruises and red patches all over the dead body, indicating torture.

The death has caused widespread reaction in the Kashmiri media, where fingers have been pointed at military intelligence officials.

Several political groups have meanwhile staged protests over the killing and have called for a transparent inquiry.

A top military official in the region told BBC an inquiry had been ordered into the killing.

Earlier, the head of the Kotli district administration, Masoodur Rahman, issued a statement in which he assured the protesters that the family would be kept informed of the proceedings of the inquiry.

This is disgusting... those behind this should be hung, drawn and quartered. What's also alarming if the fact that Pakistani members here are quick to drum their chests when this sort of thing happens in IOK but when it's on their own door step, silence and small jokes creep over. This thread shows that neither India or Pakistan actually cares about Kashmiris, the point scoring in this thread shows that.

Correction, it should P@kistan-occupied-Kashmir.

They have no need to take a neutral stance on an issue where the occupiers torture people in a land they're trying to "free".

It is just an allegation. A report. Probe would be conducted and if it is true, action would be taken. After all PA unlike IA isn't there in AJK to suppress the and kill the locals. In fact most the soldiers are from AJK.

you also know that.

Consider it the same thing which you guys write down every-now and then on threads related to our Integral part kashmir! :D

So a Bharati kid is trying to copy Pakistanis. Keep it up follower. You are worth it. ;)

Just check the height of delusion of this idiot guys.

So when a Kashmiri is butchered by Indians it is a massive issue for you? But when it's Pakistanis doing it it's some sort of a laughing matter? I'm sure your reaction would be the same if this happened to some guy in Pakistan; when Rangers shoot a guy in Pakistan it's all of a sudden a national issue for grave importance but when a Kashmiri is tortured to death by the same State, it's all of a sudden a game of point scoring and continuous denial?

.
If you Indians knew how much the PA sacrifices to evacuate AK villager during Indian shelling you'd be ashamed of your army. In fact because of indiscriminate Indian firing and mortar etc. many Kashmiris living for centuries have been homeess and Pakistani state has to give them homes because of Indians.

UN report says PA use these villagers as human shield.

Allegation? Report? Asian Human Rights Watch, Dawn News and a AJK Legislator have all confirmed this; yet when it happens on the Pakistani side it's a "report"? Regardless of the degree of commonality, it occurred. Political suppression of locals is done at all levels clearly, may I add.

As I said. It is just an allegation. Most of the soldier deployed in AJK are from AJK unlike IA. I am sure they won't kill someone without any reason in case if they have killed someone. Any death is regrettable but please stop comparing it with IA and IOK. Just an isolated incident.

Oh I surely did. And calling it a few incidents changes nothing, considering the misinformation about the place that comes out from Pakistani crappy media.

Idiocity at it's finest. Now it's you who has not read your own link.

In Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian army has armed local Village Defence Committees (VDC) – primarily Hindus – in Doda, Udhampur and the border districts to assist security forces in anti-insurgency operations.864 So far more than 15,000 inhabitants, reportedly including teenagers, have joined these self-defence groups.865 At the Asia-Pacific Conference on the Use of Children as Soldiers in May 2000 the representative of the state government of Jammu and Kashmir denied the involvement of children in VDCs. He acknowledged that there may have been some instances of young boys taking up arms to defend themselves under attack, but that there was "no policy to encourage young boys to become members of the Village Defence Committees."

It's UNs job to be neutral, so it mentions all the factors. These reports, are false, as clearly seen when you go to the Reference list, and look for the report and voila - it doesn't exist.

The presence of children in armed groups has led to the targeting of children, "especially boys ... by [government] soldiers who believe that these boys might be supporters or future members of armed groups."866 Criminalisation of suspected dissident children has been problematic particularly in the north-eastern region. The UN Special Rapporteur on Torture reported the arrest of a 15-year-old student from Manipur in February 1997 by members of the 57th Mountain Division of the armed forces, "on suspicion of having links with an armed opposition group. He was then allegedly handed over to the police on 19 February 1997 and kept in incommunicado detention. Late in the evening, his condition supposedly deteriorated and he was taken to hospital where he died the next day."867 In February 1998, 15-year-old Yumlembam Sanamacha was arrested and allegedly tortured by members of the 17th Rajputana Rifles. Two others – Bimol Singh (aged 15) and Inao Singh (aged 22) who were also arrested were later released.868 A local survey presented to the Asia-Pacific Conference on the Use of Children as Soldiers reported 28 children arrested or injured and 10 children killed in Manipur between January and May 2000.

And this paragraph clearly proves how your freedom fighters are using children as soldiers, forcing Indian soldiers to kill them (you have to kill someone who fires at you). Terrorists have no bal!s do they? First they blow up kids playing cricket. Then hide behind children.

Just check the height of delusion of this idiot guys.

Paradox, asking deluded people to measure ones delusion makes no sense whatsoever.

Because your investigations are so reliable!!??..that is why I had asked in the beginning of the thread itself ..your army had ordered 'probe' into its swat killings, years ago ....which were shamelessly recorded on cell phone camera and then uploaded on internet..
what ever happened to those investigations..were the culprits identified, were the army men involved in it punished?

. .
Allegation? Report? Asian Human Rights Watch, Dawn News and a AJK Legislator have all confirmed this; yet when it happens on the Pakistani side it's a "report"? Regardless of the degree of commonality, it occurred. Political suppression of locals is done at all levels clearly, may I add.

Again. None of them have reported any investigation or none of them have come up with their own investigation. Most of the soldiers in AJK are locals and I am sure they won't kill someone from their own tribe and caste for no reason.
