Despite all their ills in Syria and some in Pakistan...We must acknowledge that unlike Arabs and Pakistanis , they really have a spine...They are under huge economic sanctions and getting their people killed but yet , they haven't backed down.

We care about our interest of India..We are not the country due to which entire middle east is on killing field..If Iran is so serious about Muslims, then why can not he ask Assad to back out and save millions of life that has been at risk due to Iran’s misadventures...Or you mean to say that Muslims killing Muslims is fine for Iran but it is a big issue for Iran if they are killed by Hindus??? When Iran says anything on Kashmir or with comments on genocide of Indian Muslims, you guys start attacking Iran and remind them of there role in middle east. AT the same time in order to counter CPEC you people want to build Chahbhar? I feel its embarrassing for India. They have failed completely in Afghanistan and have been wiped out. I think Iran knows that too. Therefore I do not expect them to do more than tweet.
The Iranians do not want more Arab influence (through financing of Wahhabi ideology) in the region. So, India is their ally in that matter, believe it or not.

Besides, Iran (with the exception of Nader Shah) has always looked to the west for the expansion of their empire.
What we see in Iraq and Syria today shows that this has not changed.
They do not really care for what is happening in India.

When did we say that we are the purest soul on this earth? Unlike many of the Muslim countries, we do not present ourselves with any angle of religion...In order to protect our national interest we can allign with any one who support us as a nation...What is wrong with it??? At list taking care of the interest of our nation is much more sane than pretending to be guardian of religion but on the other way, these same people are the only reason for killing of your own Muslims in your own countries....
