Few maybe but because some values are still alive at-least in lower-middle and middle class. HIV infections are not as common in Pakistan. However, as a HIV researcher, I highly recommend that the couples must get themselves tested for HIV, and HIV testing must be made a compulsory requirement for the would-be couples.
