Axact Bol case -- New trends

Recently there seems some turning points in the BOL Axact case, when FIA lawyer stepped back from the case. And a video was posted on its response by someone titled (FIA's prosecutor Zahid Jamil backs out from Axact Case)

Then an article was written in DAWN, which was clearly biased approach against Axact case, titled (Mystery engulfs Axact case)

Axact responded with facts, against this article .... titled (Prosecution delaying Justice; focusing on media trial)

So how it looks like ? were they really selling fake degrees ?
Problem is not those who sell these degrees. Its those who buy them. The audacity they have is unbelievable. A guy came at my company. He claimed to have an MBA degree. He couldnt even write a single proper sentence in english and he fully expected us to fall to his lie. These fake degree buyers are so uneducated that they dont even know which qualification to fake. And so audacious that they would go for the biggest certificate available.

He couldnt even write a single proper sentence in english and he fully expected us to fall to his lie. These fake degree buyers are so uneducated that they dont even know which qualification to fake. And so audacious that they would go for the biggest certificate available.

Bhai, this is a very vast business,. a lot of institutes do that,. infact its one of the bigger business of UK and USA, a lot of 3rd world people go there pretend to study, buy fake degrees withouth studying and work there,.. its nothing new.. i don't know why we dumb nation is unable to understand this little thing,.. when we pretend to be saint, then we cross all limits and become super saint,.. and in normal we rob each other,.. what is the problem if some company was bringing money in the country,. personally i wud b hating persons like Zardari, Sharif, who are sending money outside my country but the people who r bringing it inwards shudn't b an issue...
and btw its not the axact that was giving degress, what they do is provide their services to all the institions, now if any institution is selling(as alot of UK colleges are) degrees, then its not their problem, what they had done was they provided clients to these kind of colleges, and got their dealership percentage.

i hope that this company rolls its business from Pakistan... They'll find a lot of nations that will support them and give them proper space to work and will allow them to SELL THE FAKE DEGREES...

The whole case is presented in a modified way, actually in a way, someone wants you to think like.

In simple words, that don't sale fake degrees, yes they don't.
They sale an educational platform (that includes designing of website, software and all of its back end services) to their clients (foreign companies), and that's all. And they claims what ever services they provide all legitimate within the existing law.
That's the reasons that no case is filed against them, in any foriegn countries (especially is USA, from where they have largest revenue, i think.)

Note: Fake means something duplicate of original, for example if someone prints degrees on the name of Quaid e Azam University, its fake. But someone open a new university (a virtual uni), named ABC university, you can say that its un-recognised but you can't say it fake. (I don't think any country has legislation against it.)

You explained it well. But, in addition to above comments, I must say that they don't sale fake degrees.

They are just the service provider to foreign clients, keeping in view the activities of those foreign clients are within the limits of the laws of both countries. So it isn't illegal.
But a hipe was created against them, so almost all of people thinks against them.

FIA won't have any thing to prove in court, just using delaying tactics, and above of all, thanks to super efficient Judicial system of Pakistan.

They may have signed up in good faith with American offshore / online / distance education institutes as their outsource partner and many of these forgery operations in America are actually dirty fronts for raising CIA secret ops cash..when purpose was served..CIA took a dump as usual..it is no secret that CIA raises money for secret ops through crimes...forged currency, fake lottery tickets, gambling, prostitution, drugs trade, fake viagra and herbal supplement scams and recently false documentations or online education scams are the new trick..entire Afghan war was financed by CIA using drug money..so it doesn't need an Einstien to figure it out..

There is a very real risk that much of this money raised could have gone to terror ops inside Pakistan..there is a marked decrease in terror ops since the seizure of Axact. Shoeb may just have become a pawn in easy money racket..many people do..but the sophistication of the whole operation with amounts of money involved does warrant some level of foreign state involvement..transferring even fraction of this money for a genuine business is not an easy task be it Dubai, Pak or KSA,.
