This is a territory where all Eagles Dare even our PM missed his Tweet on this matter. All politicians from different spectrum are dead silent on this issue. Regarding the issue with the Shareefs the poignant points you made are valid and will research them further. On this occasion i will consider a glass half full scenario,depending how we look at it.

I doubt that came from his own pocket, probably came from the govt's budget thats why he compares to benazir at the beginning of that video

See, as long as Malik Riaz is giving back the money, focusing on him only doesn't make sense..

He has been asked to pay 450 billion rupees, and he has agreed..

To tell you the truth, he could have denied entering into any kind of agreement with SC, you know why? Because it was Sindh government that sold the precious land for peanuts.. but since he was a party, he has to return back the money, which he is doing.. 450 billion rupees is 3 billion dollars.. and I am happy he is paying back..

One more thing I can tell you, few more cases are ready against him and soon you will hear some good news..

We are all wondering why no one in government is saying anything against him on a daily basis? Because they know (1) He is paying back.. (2) Most of his properties are in PAkistan which could be sealed (just like how SC sealed them last year in Karachi) and taken over by the government.

Problematic individuals are those who have first laundered cash to middle east, then entered that into the banking system, sent that to Panama and registered offshore companies to buy properties in UK.. Very very difficult to get that money back that's why the whole focus is on them right now.

I am sure you will.. and you will in shaa Allah come to the same conclusion as the majority of us on this forum... you seem to be extremely well educated and refined individual just like our sir @Mangus Ortus Novem and it was difficult for me to believe your defense for Sharifs despite all their lies and frauds..

Even if they have bought the properties with legit money, the lies and forgery should force us hate this family.. I can't stand a single forgery by a Prime Minister of my country..

I tend to disagree with my esteemed friends over Malik Riaz scenario.
1) He was forced by the SC to pay the rs 500 billion fine.
2)He was also forced by NCA to pay the sterling 190 fine.
3)After all that his land grabbings is still going on unabated.
4)A lot of extremely poor landowners are still deprived of the true market value of their land.
5) Many murders,killings and forced removals are still unaccounted for.
6)His political maneuverings and games have still not stopped.
7)A lot of investors still havent received their finished products for ages(got hit myself a decade ago).
8)His control over media houses,anchors and journalists is unrelenting.
9)His bribes to the Elite is still in full swing.
10)He has never been behind bars for money laundering and other heinous crimes.
Since he is untouchable there is an absolute chance of him recovering his fines with interest and manifolds.

Nawaz sharif is Nelson Mandela of Pakistan. It is our badluck thay we dont appreciate such a great person. The place which Nawaz sharif deserved was taken by Quaid e Azam. He took money from Pakistan so that it couldbe used when hard time comes. A man with forward thinking.
