During a briefing on covid-19, Australian's chief doctor for disease control, Brendan Murphy told the reporters that the number of cases in Australia is believable, and he think the number of cases in China is pretty transparent as well.

china had 0 testing kit when it first started, and it didn't even know virus was new at the time. Of course it could potentially under count. Unlike US, it has all the testing kit, knew exactly the genome of virus and still undercounting by only testing people with severe symptom.

low fever instead of high
