Austria passes controversial reforms to 1912 Islam law

I agree that Turkish imams are a stabilising, positive presence.Turks are at the forefront of fighting extremism in Germany from what i've seen in there. Many cultural/rehabilitation centers against extremism are ran by Turks,or better said Germans of Turkish ethnicity, well integrated people in the society. That being said i see no harm if the Austrian state wants to have a direct approach in handling a volatile situation and due to Erdogan's policies some even begun to doubt even Turkey's stance.

What a Bold Statement ...:yes4:

I don't believe in sugar coating the reality or ignoring the obvious elephant in the room.

If today i see a man in the street raising his hands and shouting "Long live our Lord Jesus Christ" i will probably watch him a little amused or even bewildered. If the same man would instead shout "Allah u Ackbar" i would be ducking for cover.Sadly this is the reality,we must recognise it first and than try to correct .If we try to hide it in the name of PC-ness it will only get worse.

The truth at its most bitter form.
