In Pakistan's case the Risk is indeed high, particularly after the way they handled the AQ Khan episode, where they pinned the blame on one guy and then pardoned him the same day, nothing but a whitewash.

Don't exaggerate, Pakistan went through much worse times and managed to get better. This is life both on personal and national levels, there are always ups are downs. So what? Australia has spoken? Who gives a **** anyway.

I think it's just another chapter of their war on 'terror' which means they would have to create a wider threat on the Taliban or the AQ for future purposes. They really must be joking when they claim to have that concern. I have to think about it more and ill try to see what I can come up with.
