Well Australians seem to be keen to diversity their alliances and partnerships in Asia Pacific region rather than just putting all eggs in one basket. Glad to see that they are coming around.

We can form a small little club of say SK, Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, India and Australia.

So what? Every single nation on earth "spies" on each others military. When a country brings out a new weapon, it's natural for neighboring countries to look and see what they have. India does it too.

So i don't see why you are trying to pretend this is a negative thing?
