I wonder if you would give such benefit of doubt to India, if such an article was published by Jane's incriminating India in any acts in Pakistan.

I would, and have given India the benefit of the doubt. When the recent drone incident happened, I immediately thought it was probably a really dumb civilian.

CCTV camera is showing three men running where? Nobody knows. The face of the camera is towards Indian border because if that camera is facing towards Pakistani border then those men should be going towards Pakistani border. Lets assume that if those men entered Indian border and CCTV cameras made their video then what BSF was doing? Then they planted 10 bombs on the railway track and then they attacked on the Police station? How did they get enough time to do all of it after they were shot by the CCTV camera? You can't see no faces, not even the border and specifically the footages of their arrival.

Yar they showed you three strong healthy men from behind...that is the proof they were Pakistani.

Hollywood writers are educated smart people when they write a script they consider every angle...bollywood movies..well i am sure you know the standard of their writers

There is no prove that those are Pakistanis. Show the location of the border. Show the point of entry. There is none so come up with something better next time

It's still not even clear who's carried out the attack, and the Indian government is still investigating if the militants are even foreign. This is nonsense, I expected better from Janes. Spreading needless rumors and fear mongering, and connecting invisible dots, this is disappointing.

The two global positioning system found on the men, suspected to be from Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba, showed they started from Shakhargarh tehsil of Pakistan and entered India from Tash area along the border, sources said.

But then again.. you will claim that Indian RAW bought GPS from Pakistan and tied it to Indian Goats ... then those goats were smuggled to Pakistan and they later returned to India.. so that India could FAKE gps data and make it look like the terrorist came from Pakistan...

Well... we are not that creative as you would expect us to be.. but I like the imagination.
Even if the Data is Made public... there will be another theory just like the one I posted earlier... some Writer who regularly writes for HILAL will go bezerk on one of the news channel and claim that India is out to malign Pakistan through an international conspiracy...and that India now has its own GPS system so it is easy to fudge GPS data...oh boy.. I should start writing for HILAL as well.
