No, Turkish Airforce is going for SOM naval version. Atmaca is to big for F16 platform.

Turkish F-16s armed with SLAM-ER ( air launced version of the HARPOON ) 725kg and 4.37 m

the method could be carried theoretically
F-16 can carry air launched variant of the ATMACA Missile without booster ( 4,8 m )

but Turkish Airforce will use SOM-C air launched anti-ship Missile
not for now any air launched variant of the ATMACA Missile
