People are born Hindus, and then They may believe Hindu practices or not its their choice.
Do not compare Dharmic religion with Abrahamic one, Both are completely different.
Buddhism is an aethist religion.
People often compare a book based religion(abrahamic) to Dharmic(a way of life) and become contradicted and confused
Who does require their certificates???
What about a person born a Hindu but converted later to an Abrahamic religion? btw, Buddhism is agnostic not atheistic per se.
Of course!! then be satisfied with their decision.
