Kemalism is a disease in Turkey we need to get over very soon, insallah we are. Turkey is doing well today because the leaders are anti-kemalist, can you understands that simple fact? Before the AKP (islamic party) Turkey was worse than most central African countries. So it is complete bullsheet that kemalism is the best, kemalism is the worst in Turkey history has proven that.

we had a kemalist by the name of musharaf in our country.......following are his achievements....ruled the country for 10 years......$90 billion loss to economy....40 thousand soldier and civilian deaths.............no national parade in 5 years....morale of nation down....no end in sight...............

kemalist musharaf who enjoyed the 3 top offices in Pakistan...is now hiding in exile...fearing justice would be served sooner or later.

i failed to mention that kemalist musharaf...sold our airbases to america without asking the people of Pakistan....he showed the americans the way to drone stikes.........today in 2012....america is voilating our territorial jurisdiction every day....courtesy kemalist musharaf.....................he received dollars for everything....he received commission on every single container that made it into afghanistan via karachi port.........he sold Pakistani men,women and children to americans for dollars something he admitted in his book too..............he was fond of women,drinking and dancing.....another achievement of kemalist musharaf is power shortage....he ruled for 10 years but never did anything to raise the electricity production......
bottom line is kemalist musharaf just to win western favours and support for an extended dictatorial period....ruined our country and brought someone elses war to our country........today he is in england enjoying a lavish style...and common man suffering.

Indeed, however, I wouldn't really say that it is technically correct since he never seized power, he was installed and then approved by the nation in the referendum of 2002.

I will gladly entertain that question, if you look up all the drone attacks that took place during Musharraf's time in power, you will notice that the attcks(19 in total) took place in areas under the control of the TTP, not the PA. How could he order the PA to shoot down drones in areas where they were not even present?

If the government starts a campaign of slander and says that 'He will be hanged on the Airport where he lands' without any trial?
Why would he come back under such circumstances? When the government itself is giving wind to elements, encouraging them to be involved in his extra-judicial killing?

The present security situation demands it, this nation has become delirious with extremist ideals. We are a threat to ourselves. Did Benazir or Nawaz stay in Pakistan after the fall of their govts? That's because no political figure is safe in this country, when the basic driving instinct in vendetta and the judicial system is amongst the most corrupt and biased in the world.
