Nonsense. I have done no such.
Other than my first jet, the F-111, the B-one is the world's premier deep penetration platform. Even the PLAAF that is filled with incompetent leaders who bought their ranks knows that. So what secret have I revealed ?
F-15s in full burner have failed to catch up to a B-one at below 300m altitude, pal. The NKR will not know its arrival. The Chinese will not know its arrival. Same for the B-2. Cheer for the North Korean artillery all you want. It will do no good. They will not last long. All the South Koreans have to do is stand fast and let US airpower do the work. Once the North Korean military found out they cannot go anywhere, the collapse of the Kim regime begins. At that point, the PLA will prime its machine guns to prepare for the inevitable refugee flows. And CNN will be there to record and broadcast the carnage.
And YOU will be nice and safe far away, right ?
Except if, for some reason, Kim gets obsessed with Australia, I am nice and safe, Alhamdulillah. Of course, an important factor is the way our leaders manage international crises and don't create animosity where none is needed.
Anyway, all this B-1/B-2 plan sounds pretty old school. The very first element of any American plan is subterfuge. All efforts will be made to simply buy out key N. Korean generals so they don't even fight. Without protection from Russia/China, it will be F/A-18E Growlers and F-35s knocking out air defences for the B-2 Spirits and F-22s to move in. Key generals will already be bought out and SEAL teams will be in place to quickly neutralize any attempts at going ballistic. It will be a controlled demolition.
There is one more aspect to it. At this Russia and China wouldn't speak against Kim, even if they wanted to, because they know he is a mad man. So, it is possible that all talk of fighting for Kim is a farce to pacify Kim. When hostilities start, they might even facilitate the Americans. This is a really far off possibility, but a possibility nevertheless.
Now if Russia and China do want to make it tough for US, you will be faced with multiple S-400 batteries. And that will automatically make it a months long campaign rather than a surgical strike. It will be a stalemate.
Let's see if in the coming days and weeks Kim performs a successful ballistic test, complete with RV and hitting a target.
