The death toll of the suicide blast at Civil hospital in Quetta has risen to 75 while many of over 80 injured are reported to be in critical condition.
The suicide bomber had blew himself up after the body of the president of Balochistan Bar Bilal Anwar Kasi, who was target killed a short while earlier, was brought to the Civil hospital.
