There is no need to question anyone's intellect. With lower scale, their per unit manufacturing cost would be higher initially. But over time, they can increase production capacity. I think it is a good step for them.

At this time, India has its hands full with local demand and is delaying export of vaccines to other countries. We would welcome other countries picking up the slack and export vaccines.

Globe Biotech had this ready last year I believe - around March/April 2020. BMRC did not approve clinical trials.
