Assam threatened by illegal Muslim immigrants

So their religion and not their migration is the issue?
Did not know exactly how much bigoted Indian politicians(and by inference their supporters) are.

Hey everybody look now India is being swamped by Muslim migrants. How many Syrians are there? They seem to be everywhere. Muslim, Muslim, Muslim,Muslims, Muslim, Muslim, Muslim,Muslims everywhere.

The only thing I am wondering is exactly where are these Muslims going find space in a country with Indians, Indians, Indians, Indians, Indians, Indians, Indians, Indians, Indians everywhere all 1,280 million of them?

In a place with this many Indian's

Packed togather like this the question arises where are they going find the space?

And frankly any migrants to India need to be sectioned under the mental health act because they must be suffering either mental breakdown or elevated level of retardness.

* Exclusion caveat: Unless they are Bengali which is altogather another matter in which case I let the two victors of 1971 - Indian bhai - Bengali bhai have orgy.

You are no better mate. Population density. No wonder BD is spilling

Grant citizenship to Chakma, Hajong tribals in three months: SC | Zee News
Last Updated: Sunday, September 20, 2015 - 10:17

New Delhi: The Supreme Court has directed the Centre and Arunachal Pradesh government to grant citizenship within three months to Chakma and Hajong tribals who had migrated from Bangladesh in 1964-69, saying they cannot be discriminated in any manner,

"It is well known that the Chakmas and Hajongs were displaced from the area which became part of East Pakistan (now in Bangladesh) on construction of Kaptai Dam and were allowed to be rehabilitated under the decision of the Government of India...

"They could not be discriminated against in any manner pending formal conferment of rights of citizenship. Their status also stands duly acknowledged in the guidelines of the Election Commission of India," a bench of Justices Anil R Dave and Adarsh K Goel said.

The apex court said that Chakmas have a right to be granted citizenship and it is even "recognised by judicial decisions that they cannot be required to obtain any Inner Line permit as they are settled in Arunachal Pradesh."

The court passed the order on a petition filed by Committee for Citizenship Rights of the Chakmas (CCRC) seeking direction to grant citizenship to the Chakma and Hajong tribals who migrated to India in 1964-1969 and were settled in the Arunachal Pradesh.

"As earlier held by this Court, the Delhi High Court and Gauhati High Court, they need to be protected and their claims of citizenship need to be considered as per applicable procedure," the court said.

So we should allow Bangladeshis to TAKE over North East India

They are Bengalis, arent Bengalis a part of India already? How does Muslim or Hindu have anything to do with Bengalis?

What can be done is to use the same system the EU does. But that will require fencing and monitoring the border which requires expense.

Bringing religion is just a political drama here Congress has been allowing these people in for the vote bank politics and this guy Sarbanada is from BJP. But yes migration is the problem we don't have enough jobs and our 1st grade cities will be 4th grade in comparison to other nations because of huge urbanization of these people remember they don't have any villages at some point they'll shift.

That is correct.
Muslim + illegal immigrant = Issue
Hindu/Buddhist + immigrant = Not Issue.

The keyword is illegal we can't plan jack with them they just come settle at some corner of the country and when the dust settles they'll make their way to big cities. Few days back my father was talking to a Delhi jaal board guy and he was telling him how much trouble they face to give water to the Delhiites for daily basis because of these immigrants , they just keep on failing in estimating the true population and this is just one services we are talking about.

On Saturday, the 12-hour Assam Bandh called by Asom Jatiyatabadi Yuva Chhatra Parishad evoked near complete response against the sensitive issue.

Minister of State for External Affairs V K Singh was responding to a query on the series of agitations launched in Assam after the Centre issued an official release on September 7 informing its decision to regularise entry and stay of minority community nationals from Bangladesh and Pakistan in India.

"There should be no controversy. It is a pan-India notification. It should not be taken into consideration in respect to one particular state," Singh said.

He explained that it is natural that when people migrate, they always go to the nearby places and so the burden has automatically fallen on Assam's shoulder after 1971 war.

The government said a number of Bangladeshi and Pakistani nationals belonging to minority communities such as Hindus, Sikhs, Christians, Jains, Parsis and Buddhists were compelled to seek shelter in India due to religious persecution or fear of religious persecution.

They entered into India either without any valid document including passport and other travel documents or with valid documents but the validity of such documents have expired, the release mentioned.

Accordingly, the central government decided on humanitarian considerations to exempt Bangladeshi and Pakistani nationals belonging to minority communities, who entered into India on or before December 31, 2014, from the relevant provisions of rules and order made under the Passport (Entry into India) Act, 1920 and the Foreigners Act, 1946.

Sad to know your defence on no bigotry and hatred in India against Muslims was all a bunch of sanctimonious pablum.

You are welcome, sir. We do what we got to do. The Supreme Courts and the Parliament both agree on this matter. They have drawn a clear distinction between Hindu/Buddhist refugees and Muslim immigrants from Bangladesh. You are free to label us anything you wish to. That is entirely your prerogative. :)

So we should allow Bangladeshis to TAKE over North East India
This is our country. We decide. We call the shots. If we say welcome BD Hindus/etc, we do that. If WE decide we don't, we DON'T. Period. :)

No need to run away from reality. Bengal is partioned on the request of bengali muslims. Now they have a country. They no longer have any claim on india. So they are no longer welcome in rest of india. Its a verry simple logic.

Who knows how many of them are here
We know about a third of the illegals. Rest are unknown. But it is not difficult to track them.

There is a considerable secular buereucratic shadow that permeates the Indian Government and the Services(not the Armed Forces). That shield needs to be taken out. most are late 80s cadre. They are almost totally Nehruvian secular. It needs to take another ten years, or some strong deterrence.
